After upload Theme, I can't see any button in top as About Support Contact Advertise. Button Home is appear....Please. Thank!

m trying to upload pics from my picasa album(which is avail in public).. so where should i put the url ?... m tried using it in img src but itz giving me error

how to edit the number of the tabs (categories)?
I don't need that much of tabs.
I try to replace the title of each tab with mine, but somehow i get the error message about incomplete xml problem.

2. Why did the picture in "home" look stretched? What should i do to make it look good and in the right proportional?
