Template was updated. Now it is responsive and have fixed some problems including this.
just put ctrl+f and paste this "http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-YAaRayXf84U/TzmJ-38Y-AI/AAAAAAAAEnw/QaBH_z_atNc/s000/wrapper-bg.jpg" so u can substitute the wallpaper for one that u have

I am having a similar issue. I found where to change the image address in the Template HTML, however the new image is not displaying at the full size. I used the original wrapper-bg.jpg as a template. The image dimensions were 2000 x 1026 and that is what I have uploaded. On blogger it appears the image size is smaller.
